Return Shipping & Policy

Shipping:

  • Fast & Reliable: We partner with a large network of couriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business hours of receiving payment.
  • Shipment: Orders typically ship within 24 hours of processing.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Expect your delivery within 5-7 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for Wrong/Damaged Items: We'll gladly replace any wrong or damaged items with the correct product, assuming it's returned unused and in its original condition. Proof of damage/defect may be required.
  • Return Initiation: To initiate an exchange, email us within 10 days of delivery with relevant photos or documentation as proof. Our customer service team will be in touch shortly.
  • Exchange Instructions: Once your exchange is confirmed, we'll provide detailed return instructions via email.
  • Important Note: Please include your order number in all email correspondence.
  • Refunds: We currently do not offer refunds on any products.

Cancellations:

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations: We understand that plans change! You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been picked up by our courier partner.
  • Post-Shipment Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed once an order is shipped.
