Return Shipping & Policy
Shipping:
- Fast & Reliable: We are partnered with a large network of couriers to ensure an order reaches you quickly and safely.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business hours after receiving payment.
- Shipping: Orders typically ship in 24 hours after the processing.
- Delivery Timeframes: Your delivery shall be expected within 5-7 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may bring forward this delivery time.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Exchange for incorrect/Damaged products: We shall be happy to exchange the wrong or damaged one with the correct article if it is unused and in its original state. We may request evidence of damage/defect.
- Return Initiation: To initiate an exchange, email us within 10 days of delivery with relevant photos or documentation as proof. Our customer service team will be in touch shortly.
- Exchange Instructions: We will give you return instructions via email as soon as your exchange is confirmed.
- Important Note: Make sure to add the order number to all email communications.
- Refunds: We are not currently offering refunds on any of our products.
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations: We understand that plans do change sometimes. Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been picked up by our courier partner.
- Post-Shipment Cancellations: After shipping, no cancellations can be completed.
- How to Cancel: To cancel an order before shipment, email us at rphealthcare@gmail.com with your order details.

RP Health Group reserves the right to cancel any order. We will promptly communicate any cancellations and will ensure refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe if applicable.
